Tokushige was engaged in management planning in Sumitomo Marine and Fire Insurance Co. Ltd. straight out of university. Executing hands-on support of technological ventures as the president of an incubation enterprise in Silicon Valley upon earning his MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, he achieved a satisfactory level of performance in establishing and revitalizing companies. He is a part of a project of the Ministry of Economics, Trade and Industry "Session for Creation of Firms in New Industry".Tokushige earned a bachelor degree in engineering from Kyushu University.
Akaba joined Mackinsey and Company, Inc. after working for Komatsu Corporation. After setting up their branch in Seoul, he established the basement of the now-successful LG Electronics. He now aims at creating global venture companies based in Japan as co-founder of Breakthrough Partners. Akaba earned a bachelor degree in engineering from the University of Tokyo and a master degree in engineering from Stanford University.
Ichikawa worked for Mitsubishi Motors for 24 years overseeing the production and sales of automobiles in several East Asian countries. He was the former chief of the Mitsubishi-Vietnamese joint automobile selling company. He then went on to a position as foreign investment advisor for JETRO and JICA followed by a postion as foreign investment advisor to the Ministry of Planning and Investment of Vietnam.
Excellent technical and management skills owned at the leading company of truck & bus manufacturer Nissan Diesel Motor Co., Ltd. in about 40 years under “The rapid economic growth” in Japan, implemented and transferred by developing local establishment to various areas assembly plant, service shop, local product application and the management system in 28 overseas countries.
Shikatani was previously engaged in manufacturing and quality control of overseas business at YAMAHA Motor Co.,Ltd. He held prominent positions including director of quality control of the electrical components for Indonesia, vice president in charge of purchase and quality control in Taiwan, and was in charge of cost management/TPM activity promotion in Chongqing, China. He won the president prize from the Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. headquarters for his achievment in introducing a new model. Shikatani graduated from Kyushu University with a bachelor degree in Engineering
Masuzaki joined one of the biggest motorcycle company in Japan in 1978. He was engaged in assembling and quality control department. Later on, He was in charge of technical department specifically final assembled product in many countries such as Europe and Asian factory of it.
Mr.Idei is the founder and CEO of Quantum Leaps Corporation, a management consultancy company established in 2006. He is also president of Asia Innovators’ Initiative, a non-profit organization registered in Japan. Idei currently serves as director of Accenture, Baidu, Freebit Co., Ltd., Lenovo Group, and Monex Group.

Mr. Murai joined IBM Corp. in 1962 and transferred to IBM Japan Ltd in the next year. He served as the President of Compaq Computer Corporation since 1991. After that he founded TX Entrepreneur Partners in 2009.
